With regards the beard, I do not carry one ATM I just feel more comfortable in hospital without one, but every other part of me is covered in fur. VanillaGorilla is correct I do have a beard on my arse and the big, fat gay gorilla also often suggests for me to shave my shoulders

Oh right - what's the hang postion? I'm a bit dumb about what stuff is called I tend to just watch and copy with no rela idea!!!!

I believe it is where the bar is off the ground at the start, ie on blocks or from below knees/ above knees (after picking it up)
