Lol I'll take that as a compliment, I weighed myself the other day at work fully clothed 105 but I didn't believe it so weighed myself today this morning was 106

Cheers gents- its good at the moment, my aim is to do the deads once a week, high volume light weight along with the rev hypers and squats bring it back up to full strength without it feeeling any pain. I can rep 50-60% all day long without pain, so i figure volume in that range can only help build it back and solidify it again
