Had vomitig and diarrhoea all through Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. So I'm pretty much a day clear and lost 4kg!!! I haven't really counted since then and I'm 97 now so haven't really put a whole lot on :/ perhaps I need to. Myfitnesspal is an easy habit when you get used to it, but at the start it's a chore! Lifts are close, I need to wait for Tom to tell me to peak and hopefully 235/155/270 but well see | ||
