I'd imagine I'll do either the 105 or Open North qual though Last nights session consisted of: Squats Upto 245KG x 5 Very very easy Strict Log Upto 120KG x 2 My BW seems to make a massive diference to my strict capabilities...and only lost 4KG Will upload squat vid later in week | ||
