strong bench but id f**k off flys, replace them with incline dumbell presses or decline for that matter.

aye, they would be better, i tried doing some dumbell presses at the start of the sesh but it was causing too much pain (got an injury that still aint fixed)

had alot to drink over the weekend, been feeling pretty crap because of it. got a bit of a cold and coughy chest so didnt expect too much today but had a really good sesh once i managed to drag myself out to the gym .

but no, hand is still up and down. doing all my pressing and squatting (holding the bar) thumbless cos its still causing pain.
but to be fair, deadlifting is the only thing thats really affected (using straps) and my grip is obviously only gonna be getting weaker.

Not bad, wasn't feeling deadlifts tonight, legs are still fried so was lifting alot more with lower back causing instant pump! minimum goal was 170 for 5 so could be worse.
EDIT - Weight is 87.7kg after training. Just thought id make a note.

pressing heavy aint too much of a problem, done bench sets @100kg and stricted 80kg in last couple of weeks.
Its just that im getting used to thumbless pressing cos i aint done it before and dont feel that confident to try jerks or pushies yet but might have a go soon.

not a bad one, been a while since i done jerks timing was a bit off, i had to lock the weight out on pretty much every rep but good practice.
DB snatches easy enough.

Thumbless Pressing will help with the Axels
