My 2p's worth is your already strong enough, especially pressing. You could afford to get a bit weaker and be lighter/faster and I'd bet it would pay dividends

Dont be daft mate i shallnt win that in a million years , the field is amazing there are some very fit strong guys, im going to have a laugh not take it seriously, get a couple of PBs and enjoy the comp !

Yes mate dont worry starting 6week medley programme this week , already been pulling deads from 18",and farmers hold for time is on wednesdays agenda !
