Do them for variation really the smith allows me to take the bar from the right height and i can concentrate on pressing weight instead of balance i do it at the end of chest when fatigue is setting in to isolate my triceps from a dead stop. It hits the spot where the transition of change happens between chest/shoulders into pure tricep power .

Leg extensions 2 warm ups,3xstack x10/15reps(approx)
Ham curls 2 warm ups 3x stack x10/12reps
Smith squats. worked up to 2 work sets of 260k x3 reps,3 singles with 300k
Calfs 75%stack single legs x20reps x3 sets . Full stack 50ish reps both legs x2 sets.

f**k me that is a hard core pressing session mate. your chest tris n delts must have been toasted. strongman weights with bodybuilding volume awsome
