Bit of back today .bent over rows 60kx8 100kx8 140x6 180x6(straps on last 2 sets)
lat pulldown various grips worked up to 2 sets of stack for 10,9 reps
tbar row 50kx5 75x5 100x5 125 x5
Then superset with widegrip chins and dumbell rows .
Now for chicken roast Grin

Right... overhead today as usual started with push press from power rack oly bar bar x10 50kx6,80kx6,110x3,140x1,150x1,160x1not bad but pretty slowUnhappy
Got axle bar out next for c&p 61x3,91x3,121x3,141x1,151failed clean? 151failed clean 151x1 THANK GOD! 161x1 fail s**tty titty.
Seated military dumbell press 60k x 10 x3 sets
Seated smith machine press 47x3,87x4,127x5,157x3,177x1
Flyes 4 sets up to 30k for 8
Finished by taping up the dumbell in gym to make 80kbell was gonna see how many reps from shoulder i could get in 90secs got to 10 on right arm then dropped bell down to swap hands but all tape came off couldnt be arsed to retape instead decided to go and eat .!!!!!!!!!!

Went in to hit a bit of back today and light bench .
Bent over rows bar x 20, 60x5, 100x5, 140x5, 160x5, 160x5
T-bar rows 40x6 ,80x6 ,120x5, 120x5, 120x5
Dumbell rows 60x10 , 80x5 , 80x5 ,
Lat pull downs wide grip 110x10 , stack x 8 x3 sets.
Bench press(v wide grip) 60x10, 100x5, 140x5, 140x5, 180x5
Floor press (smith machine)just started incorperating these in to my programme and see if it benifits ..... worked up to 4 plates a side and did 5 sets of 5 reps to finish.
