Pain is at the top of the forearm, apart from all the skin being pulled off if not actually coming off(elbow sleeves are s**t), I got a massive pain inside the forearm itself progressively, which f**ks s**t up.Next week: 2 revs+. Thought the 190 was ok, but want to be pulling 200 like that at this stage of THE GAME, not too far off though. Took a long time hanging over the bar so that probably slowed things a tiny bit. Also the bar is not optimal, lets just say. And it was more like 192, but WHO CARES Onwards. | ||
