Decent session today, despite feeling a bit whack, shoulders stiff.

190x1 reasonable, not a whole lot left there today, bit flat about that but onwards

Just getting revved up on that badboy Boar! You are in for a painful surprise, but I'm pretty sure all the rust-a-thon equipment of Clint's here just increase the pain, plus gallons of sweat not helping.

High as poss on the arm, lean back/in a bit, move f**king fast, and other SECRET TRICKS. Pain is at the top of the forearm, apart from all the skin being pulled off if not actually coming off(elbow sleeves are s**t), I got a massive pain inside the forearm itself progressively, which f**ks s**t up.

Next week: 2 revs+.

Thought the 190 was ok, but want to be pulling 200 like that at this stage of THE GAME, not too far off though. Took a long time hanging over the bar so that probably slowed things a tiny bit. Also the bar is not optimal, lets just say.
And it was more like 192, but WHO CARES Grin Onwards.
