S - Upper Body + accesory / Bench (closer grip) or MP (closer grip) + DB Rows + BB Shrugs or cleans

The / imply that I rotate between that s**t day by day.

first training session of the year.
considering I've had lots of sex-fun and not a lot of sleep in the last 24 hours, it wasn't thaaaaaat bad. Sub-par.

mon/wed weights from 5 onwards, cardio on some other days - thats the basic plan.
