Sub-par. bench db press to warmup 60x5 67,5x3 72,5x2 70x2 70x1 65x1 PB is 85 as you can see so will hope to get 80x1 in the next week or two. good to be back. shoutout to Adam and Tommy (you lurking loser), always nice to have people around | ||
