Dude im not suprised your 110x3 deadlift set felt heavy, 60kg-110kg is too big a leap! Other than that, good work on the PRs.

1rm deads on Sunday, MP on Tuesday.

Deload after that.

Next cycle building up to Dec. 20th deadlift meet at a friends' gym, should have the weight at:
Deadlift 155
Bench 90
MP 70
Squat 125

these are technical 1 rep maxes, as in I have done 90-95% of them in this cycle, so I can assume a small raise for the next cycle.

did some s**tty deadlifts today, just in time to start the deload
worked up to 125x3, 140 somehow failed, 130x1 was heavy as s**t. so, that's the first deload workout

I did 40x30 last week ya silly bugger!
I'll be at sugden fri, sat, sun if all goes to plan so I hope to see you there.
Giving boxing a little rest till February or so so just lifting big f**koff s**te.

40x20 was easy, dude Grin no chalk or straps or anything.

good training session, learning to clean and jerk, im a natural.

clean and push press
various singles up to 70kg, 75kg was nearly there, needed to jerk rather than push press
hit myself on the chin with one of the 50kg, aieee. Joni's fault.

Then did 2x5 clean and jerk with 50kg.
