Hi mishima,

That was to do, and I did it.

full workout is:

MP
40x5
50x5 felt a bit heavy
60x2, should have been 3 but stopped
65x1 solid pr, it wasn't as hard as last week's 3rd rep on 60x3. Would be considered a grinder by most, maybe. It was easier than expected.
