Next Thursday, which means WEEKEND MADNESS at OSG.
Thanks mate, trying to get some good work in.

Paul - that is the aim!

solid session Smalls

how did you find the wider stance?
MrSmall
Was ok, I think I am limiting myself by having a pretty narrow stance both on squats and deadlifts.
Will continue playing with it.
AvatarLukeC
Since I deadlifted 220kg yesterday Smalls I fully expect you to deadlift 210kg at the Dragons.

Training back in the moderate climate of Blighty might well help.
MrSmall
Luke - its on!

Today was average but practising some new stuffings.

Push press
40x3, 50x3, 60x2, 60x3, 70x2, x2, x2, x2, 60x3, x3 x3 x3, were pretty decent today, more next time.
And practised some jerking.
BTN stuff and squats tomorrow.

A little vague on the training you hiding secret exercises?

Not particularly, Neil, just doing very similar things very regularly so it can seem like I'm having easy days, so I don't make a big deal out of it, because the numbers aren't particularly big but the volume is reasonable.
Trying out a wider grip and things like that too, which can only be a good thing.

cant argue with that trying different thing could work out to be very beneficial to your progress

Felt like crap today. Sore midback especially, not in a muscle soreness either so will go easy tomorrow, rest Friday through necessity since I won't be here, and nail some events at Clint's on Saturday, "nailed" being the word of note!

BTN push press
40x3,3
50x3,3
60x3,3,3
70x3,x1 right lat/shoulder cramping, going nowhere on these
60x3,3,3

Back squat, wider stance
60x4,4
80x3,3
100x3
110x3
120x3
125x2
120x2
120x2
120x2
120x2

Feeling good towards the end, but tired.
