Don't know yet, but I feel it needs to be a gradual process. Initially, go out on my bike more often and put more effort in when I do, and maybe reduce rest times between sets in the gym. My next comp is St Ives, which is more of a static comp. | ||

LOG 82 - clean & 3 strict presses (that's my warm-up!) Full reps... 102 x 2 112 x 2 (2nd press needed 2 attempts) 113 x 1, failed 2nd press 117 x 1 Strict (1 clean per set) 102 x 2 - difficult 103 x 1 103 - failed, so push pressed it (badly).
