get on the 20 reppers ed! I think they helped with my weight loss last year and my strength held up pretty well with them too.

although thinking about it, im not that sure they would be that helpful when you are struggling for motivation.

Ha ha read as far as 20 reppers and i thought " f**k that", i'm doing 1 meal a day at the moment and 10 felt f**king hard . maybe 1 set of 20 at the end.

Hi Wayne , i basically have an hour to eat in and i pretty much eat constantly for the hour
mostly protein and vegetables no idea how many calories but definitely less than i would eat normally.

i've had a stinking cold so i haven't trained much

monday: single arm kettlebell overhead press 16k x10/10 22k dumbell x8
squats beltless atg 60kx10 70kx10 80kx5

4x 3 minute rounds sparring with my son where he took advantage of me feeling like s**t and punched the f**k out of me!

Tuesday: 25 pullups 25 wide grip chins done in 5's

Now never go above 130k and only do sumo speed reps...

Nedward, as you have back issues , how do you even manage to do your job ?

the thought of being in that particular 'floor laying' position would see me unable to straighted up afterward !!!


anyhoo, did you mention you fancied doing a boxing match ? would be fun to see you get smashed in.... I am enjoying mountain biking and if a 24 hour endurance event pops up at the right time/place ....i am gonna do it

yoga my friend , every f**king day! morning and evening !
yes i think i will do a boxing match , i'm sparring my son most days and we'll be signing up to the local boxing club when it reopens. Sparring my son has revealed that i have a leaky defence ,virtually no head movement and that i am very very slow !

tonight deadlift semi sumo 150kx5 155kx5 left it there as it felt like injury was imminent
Bought a new motorbike yesterday and did 250 miles on it today which i have discovered is the worst possible preparation for deadlifting
