I think they helped with my weight loss last year and my strength held up pretty well with them too. although thinking about it, im not that sure they would be that helpful when you are struggling for motivation. | ||

Sparring my son has revealed that i have a leaky defence ,virtually no head movement and that i am very very slow ! | ||
