I had 3 weeks off work for Christmas. For the first 2 weeks I trained every day, sometimes twice a day, and for the last week I didn't train at all. I didn't log much of it because I don't have a computer at home.

went to the gym with the intention of doing some box squats. all the racks were full and I didn't have time to mess about so I did a load of arm supersets. Then the squat racks cleared up.

Enjoyable information. Yesterday I had a conversation with someone at the gym about "bespoke hypertrophy" and how that could involve getting one very jacked finger extensor.

yesterday I benched up 10 100kg but my pec hurt so I stopped and then messed about a little bit with very light pec flies and stuff. I suspect that drumming isnt good for this type of thing because of the internal rotation and stuff.

I thought my finger extensor strength had suddenly regressed, but it turns out that one of those yellow bands is more difficult than the other.

Ah well that must be why I was never strong enough for them then! Maybe you could use it for "low bar" finger extensors loal
