conventional deadlift - 220kg x 1 technically thats an all time conventional deadlift PB, though I did once do 230kg stiff leg.

or something like that. I actually hated these. They don't feel like theyre getting me jacked at all, yet they are extremely unpleasant. The entire weight seems to just sit on my collar bones which quite frankly is not pleasant at all. I will probably give them one more go and then bin them or not.

No, do you?

I mousturise my hands a lot though. My hands are naturally very dry and this is worsened by lifting and washing my hands probably more than the average person. I bulk bought a load of moisturiser from t'internet.

No, I don't, although I have done on extremely rare occasions for loals.

I also suffer with dry hands, especially this time of year. Avocado consumption unfortunately doesn't help the situation, even though theoretically maybe it should do.

Im doing the conventional deadlifts with straps because years of lifting with mixed grip has left my spine crooked. I don't intend to compete any time soon but it would be nice to deadlift a decent number and have a non crooked spine.

yesterday I went into the gym with the intention of benching 112.5kg x 3 x 3, following from last weeks 3 x 5 on 110kg. Unfortunately though my left front felt was feeling quite inflamed and this was causing me some pain with as little weight as 60kg. Being a sensible man I decided to "deload" and hope that it gets better before next week. It actually makes sense that it be slightly inflamed, since I have been doing lots of pressing exercises with high volume recently.

115kg x 3 x 3 which I'm very pleased with.

I've been doing loads of other training too, just can't be bothered to journal it because I'm off work and don't have a computer.
