I actually hated these. They don't feel like theyre getting me jacked at all, yet they are extremely unpleasant. The entire weight seems to just sit on my collar bones which quite frankly is not pleasant at all. I will probably give them one more go and then bin them or not. High bar squat bar 60kg x 5,5,5 - just messing about trying to find a good way of doing them | ||

I don't intend to compete any time soon but it would be nice to deadlift a decent number and have a non crooked spine. | ||

Unfortunately though my left front felt was feeling quite inflamed and this was causing me some pain with as little weight as 60kg. Being a sensible man I decided to "deload" and hope that it gets better before next week. It actually makes sense that it be slightly inflamed, since I have been doing lots of pressing exercises with high volume recently. Bench bar 40 60 80 100kg x 3 60kg x 10 a small amount of messing about with other things. Home. | ||
