Put mince in a mixing bowl and add loads of joey stuff to it before mixing it all up. I suggest start with the basics, salt, pepper, garlic, any vegetable chopped up very finely. And basically all the herbs and spices in the cupboard. Oh yeah and add an egg to hold it all together | ||

I need to work on using my hips instead of shifting forward and using my hamstrings romanian deadlift 60kg x 10 72.5kg x 10, 10 bulgarian split squat 10kg x 10,10 face pull type thing - 3 sets of 20 neutral grip pulldown - 4 sets of 12 cardio - about 10 minutes | ||
