it definitely felt like my hips were rising too fast

cable curls and tricep pushdown superset - about 5 sets or something




When is all of this training going to make me aesthetic?

Also, I just bought a new burger press and a new attachment for my airfryer which means lots of beefy goodness.

Any input of your burger knowledge/experimental flavour combinations would be most appreciated.

that sounds excellent. Put mince in a mixing bowl and add loads of joey stuff to it before mixing it all up. I suggest start with the basics, salt, pepper, garlic, any vegetable chopped up very finely. And basically all the herbs and spices in the cupboard. Oh yeah and add an egg to hold it all together
