So far iv only done 4 weeks and it was all using the same weight. I very much enjoyed it but then i went on holday and lost all my gains. Stay tuned to see how it pans out | ||

Today I will lower that to 2600. | ||

Romanian deadlift 60kg x 10 70kg x 10,10 bulgarian split squat bw x 10,10 10kg x 10 face pull type thing - 3 sets of 20 about 10 - 15 minutes of cardio Bodyweight today was 81.9kg, callories have been lowered to 2500 as of today. | ||
