It looks like you are doing the Russian Squat routine to me. I've never done it. Do you like it? Do you think it is working?

Im doing a kind of modified version of the base to it or something, recommended to me by a gentleman who is very strong. So far iv only done 4 weeks and it was all using the same weight. I very much enjoyed it but then i went on holday and lost all my gains.

rear delt flies - 4 sets

With regards to aesthetics, I have been on 2700kcal for a week and 3 days and my weight has stayed exactly the same so i suppose this must be maintenance calories. Today I will lower that to 2600.

my hips were shooting up and i was basically GMing the heavier sets, which is not good.
