6 months of this ahead! Gunna sneak the weights up by feel. Log will go up 2.5 a week.

Awful night!

Was supposed to be 220 3x3 but I just didn't feel strong enough to attempt it once I unracked. Did 140x10x2 and 5 sets of leg extensions after. Just spent the past 3 hours being sick!

Back to volume next week
