No not singles, max daily singles, completely different things. Going to a max every day would result in injury after injury, going to a medium heavy single without form breakdown, totally different. I have used both singles and high frequency training in the past, deadlift 3 x a week etc have been following tom for years / have thought about adopting some of his stuff. I don't think will use only singles but sub maximal 1-5 reps / not training all that heavy, work on flexibility etc

This is like two levels of trolling, like trollception. It was only the other day you was arguing that daily max was daily MAX as you are very 'literal'. Despite everyone saying daily maxes are conservative etc, you proceeded to argue that a max is a max!

I genuinely cant work out if your ingenious wit is having my pants down, or you dont realise wtf you have just done lol

Well i dont know what you just said but yes a max is the most weight you can lift, it doesnt involve 75-85% singles. Calling these a max is like calling a dog a slice of bread, or the colour purple a piano, or a tree a bus.

Are you that delusional that you forgot a couple of posts back you said you was doing daily maxes!!?

Tell me Paul, which one is it? A pure max or conservative max...which ever you pick you are going to contradict yourself... I will quote you. You are the only person I know on sugden that actually argues with himself. You spout so much s**t that you forget which side of the fence you argue from!

None of that matters when your come backs are as good as Paul's.

The argument is irrelevant if you are always right.

Paul, do you wruite this stuff on your own or do you have a team of writers? It would be awesome if this was televised, maybe a storyline on Corrie!

Is that 75-85 percent of what you used to be able to lift? If so, that's probably all you are capable of lifting at the moment, so you will be maxing out!

This thread should have a narrator, start every day with a recap sequence "previously on Paul Savage training log...".

Load of bo***cks that. I would never say i'm doing a daily max as that would indicate i'm maxing every day, i didnt even say i will be training every day.

This thread is so entertaining I can actually imagine grown men sitting outside a cafe eating breakfast, watching the world go by and discussing the workings of the Savage.

What's the venture Paul? Can I buy in or what?
