That makes sense with rubber. Will try putting a band on it, then chalk too if that doesn't work.

Going to be doing a more in depth leg workout monday morning and doing back later in the day. Seen a video of an ifbb female pro training steve kuclo (a bodybuilder i follow) do a hamstring and glute workout and looked really good so will be trying some new things out also doing single leg to try get both legs even in strength as they are not, my left hamstring is always tight.

Also going to see if i can't add a band to the back extension machine to make it heavier. Pretty sure i can and dont know why i didnt think of it before.

Sarah is not the only one with a big imbalance, my left leg is far weaker than right. The dumbbell curls were a great exercise, will do those again. Glute raises got lower back too much so they are in the bin.

Enjoyed watching through your videos, may I ask:

Do you have a progression in your routines from month to month as they seem ad hoc?
Why do you only do lower ROM versions of the main lifts?

What are you actual full ROM 1RM's or don't you train/test them at all?
I'm sure you've been asked already but I couldn't see any Q/A in the threads on your journal.

Your goals are a big bench and big deadlift, but I don't see it in your log?

The only small rom stuff ive been doing is high rep benching and clickers on grippers.

Bench is going to be done in the smith which is what i have been training for a while. I will most likely be starting deadlifts in a few weeks doing stiff legs. I have been trying to sort out any imbalances for a while doing more isolation exercises to try prevent injury when i do go back to squats and deadlifts / i feel the wider the base the higher the peak so it's a gradual thing, start off machines then work in some free weights, then focus on some heavy free weight movements then eventually go back to squats/deadlifts. My best 1rm for deadlift in past was 280kg, best 1rm bench (close grip'd) was 160kg and have never maxed a back squat. Not very good at gym stuff but trying to change that this year.

Tried slingshot on again this morning, went on easier than last time, is not really big enough but think the sweat doesnt help. Would like to do 20k overload sets with it if can get in on proper, will try tomorrow.

Just got done with training sorry no vids. Felt completely exausted today, just didnt get enough sleep and on top i forgot to bring chalk which on the slippy smith bar made it impossible to do any weight, i tried 140 plate weight but could only manage 4 reps before my hands were almost on the end of the bar. After that just did a bunch of light pumping stuff. Wasted session - not good
