I would go the other way around but was that 'seven' in a 'three'some dont add up.

Back is sore as f**k in all the right places today, should row 180kg x 10 in next couple weeks.

Decided will switch pressing around to focus on reverse grip on flat instead of the decline, felt it best in my chest without too much bother to shoulders. Also will take out dips because i'm going to do multiple sets on flat and the rest isolation movements, also sarah cant do dips with good form yet and i want her using good form on everything. Not that strong on reverse but hopefully can build up to for 20's each side. Start tomorrow morning.

Me

Reverse grip bench press (in smith)
- to 120kg plate weight x 15 pb (had like 25 but was sliding off bench again)
- 100kg plate weight x 11 slow
- 80kg plate weight x 11 slow

Incline dumbbell flys
- 14kg's x ??

Dumbbell tricep extension
- 36kg x 20?

Shoulder lateral machine
- 93kg x 10 drop 45kg x 10

How do i stop sliding off bench? was nearly front raising the damn thing.

Sarah

Bench press (in smith)
- to 20kg plate weight x 15
- 20kg plate weight x 12
- 20kg plate weight x 9 slow
- 20kg plate weight x 7 slow
- 20kg plate weight x 6 slow

Incline dumbbell flys
- 3kg's x ??

- 14kg x 14?

- 24kg x 10 drop 12kg x 10

Was stronger than i thought i would be with the underhand grip, maybe five 20kg a side in a couple weeks (didnt hurt shoulders at all either). Sarahs back is hurting a lot at mo, trip'd on the cat not long back and flat bench is bothering it now so will switch her press to shoulders next time.

Started 3 weeks of something i'm not supposed to name (has an s and a d in it). Figured i may as well since i had it and am trying peak in about 3 weeks. Should start kicking in next week. Also started back on creatine and bcaa's and up'd protein intake.

To stop sliding off the bench - put some chalk on your upper back and drive your traps into the bench.

Not supposed to have chalk in this gym and I'm not sure that would work with this kind of bench material, but will try it. Any other ways?

If you have a light resistance band you can hook it around the length of the bench and it will stop you sliding. The rubber will grip your body when you lay on it. Really works, try it.
