Member 2775, 6927 posts | Post Edited: 10.04.2014 @ 17:58 PM by PaulSavage Decided will switch pressing around to focus on reverse grip on flat instead of the decline, felt it best in my chest without too much bother to shoulders. Also will take out dips because i'm going to do multiple sets on flat and the rest isolation movements, also sarah cant do dips with good form yet and i want her using good form on everything. Not that strong on reverse but hopefully can build up to for 20's each side. Start tomorrow morning.

Member 2775, 6927 posts | Was stronger than i thought i would be with the underhand grip, maybe five 20kg a side in a couple weeks (didnt hurt shoulders at all either). Sarahs back is hurting a lot at mo, trip'd on the cat not long back and flat bench is bothering it now so will switch her press to shoulders next time.

Member 4046, 590 posts | If you have a light resistance band you can hook it around the length of the bench and it will stop you sliding. The rubber will grip your body when you lay on it. Really works, try it.
