Congrats on having what must be one of the most viewed journals on here btw. Quite a lot of interest in you training. Strong grip work as well. I've only done a few reps with the no. 2 coc at my strongest, so closing the 3 seems hard to imagine. | ||

I plan on hitting 200kg rows and at least 320kg power shrugs and as close to 100 reps with stack on back machine as i can in the next month or so then several weeks stiff leg deadlifts and front squats in smith, then if i hit 250kg x 10 stiff leg deads will start several weeks of deadlifts upto hopefully 300kg x 10. | ||

Thanks, i hope someday i can be the featured journal thing but will have get very strong for that. Thanks, when i first got a #3 i could already rep the #2 well but could not close the #3 even with both hands and chest crushing but i did not give up and did that same #3 for 30 reps at the end of a workout once - you can do it! | ||
