I'm sure your goals will change once again like they have done so many times before Paul.

It would be nice to see you come close to fulfilling one of your goals before giving up and creating another new, ridiculous goal.

My goals have pretty much always been the same, it's only the way i go about reaching them that changes.

You would have said 200kg rows was a rediculous goal a few months ago, is it a rediculous now? When i started lifting i could barely row 20kg. Gainz.

With a 340 max you should be aiming for 360 x 10.

I would have said they were ridiculous....not rediculous...but only because they are barbell rows, and nobody cares!

Plus, it's worth noting that you haven't actually done the 200kg yet! I guess this is to be added to your 'I could do...but don't as I don't need to lift a weight to know I can' list.

No that it matters.

Does using chalk in your front room not make a mess Paul? I don't know much about grippy stuff so I was kind of surprised that you didn't throw snake eyes, but thats just me.

Awesome spelling, well done, is that a pb?

If you don't care about rows you might as well not care about overhead, and since you don't care about overhead, you may well not care about cleans, and since you don't care about cleans, why care about front squats? If you don't care about front squats, why care about back squats? Or bench press? Or deadlifts? Or any form of lifting? Or posting in somebodys lifting log on a lifting forum?

It was liquid chalk, didn't get any on anything. You'll be waiting a while for any 'epic deadlift' videos, but i will be doing some form of none epic deadlifts in a few weeks.
