What is your job mate? I do days & nights too. 4 on 6 off. Then 4/4 over summer. I love the days off and to be fair training isn't too affected as long as I aren't stupid. I only train after my 1st day shift & inbetween days & nights. Then obviously on my daYs off too.

Shift manager on an IT service desk. The amount of work done is negligible, but response times are keen and financial penalties to the company are very severe, so we need to be on the ball. I do like shifts though. I did them about 8-10 years back and never managed to settle back on days after this.

LOL Unfortunately the abs are long gone!

Low carbs + Crossfit is a good, quick way to drop weight (admittedly it's the only weight loss method I've tried Grin).

I think next time I try to look good naked I'll try and keep some of my strength...

100kg snatch is a million miles away at the moment.

Strength, abs and the ability to eat what we want?? lol. We don't want much do we.
I've been picking Macca's brains about diet and he has pointed me in a more favourable direction than I was on. We'll see how it goes.

Bad weather forces a postponement of my camping trip till next week, so training will resume again for the weekend.

Nice little session there Andy.

Push press is decent already and the bag work sounds tough!

I'm enjoying the bag/ speed bag stuff. Little warm up, do it at home so now travelling. I can get a good little session done in 15-20 minutes which comes in handy nowadays. Waist is down to a stubborn 34, which is 9" less than at my fattest. I'd like to get that to 10" before I go away next month. Not sure how the reintroduction of OL movements will affect this, but we'll see.
