Talk was of progressing from the pads into sparing 121. I trust the guy coaching me, and it's probably a way off. Should be fun. we'll see.

Is he called Pat? any plans for a tilt at the British supermiddleweight title?

No interest in any kind of title mate, in fact I would actively avoid any action that could lead to one. Don't know anyone called Pat, but whoever he is I hope he's doing well.

He's reportedly very disappointed that Paul Savage didn't continue boxing.

Nothing apart from 3 days 2 x 11 mile commute. Think last Sundays plod of lengthy measure took more of a toll than I first thought. Weight and boxing session planned for tomorrow, Parkrun Saturday and snowboarding next week. Life has been worse.

No park run today Unhappy Bit of an irritating cough has blighted me all week so better safe than sorry. The morning has been a bit groggy so we'll see how the day pans out.

Hey Tony. Glad you're still kicking about and posting occasionally. How you doing?

I often think of you when I remember the first ever Adlington push and pull. Cleggy rang me up the next day and says "Andy, WTF happened yesterday? One minute we're warming up with some copper and the next we're drinking s**t loads of Guinness". I think you were 'that copper' even though I don't think you really were Confused

I was indeed that 'copper' even though, as you correctly surmise I wasn't (and am still not) one. I am in the process of executing a meticulously planned stealth assault on Master's lifting next year, which, whilst it will almost certainly be futile, will be rewarding (and I shall have the odd pic of a fit lass on my journal)

If it gets you off your arse and doing something T it's a long way from futile mate. No one else may care, but you will and that makes it worth while. I've actually written out a bucket list that I intend working towards from next year (or January, whichever comes first). It's probably absolute bollox to anyone else but me, but it shouldn't bother anyone else then.

Good shout on totty shots in your log. Mine has been lacking, and as I'm all grown up now I'll share my all time stunner podium with you. There are no nude pictures of these women in existence, and rightly so.
