Thanks guys. So far so good, although by the time the day comes round I may need to be thinking 150's to be up there with the Coupester.

If you hope to improve as a weightlifter you must embrace deviation lol No one ever snatched 120 and never f**ked the hoover.

As an aside, I stumbled across the story of the Buddhist monk who set himself on fire and just sat there. It happened on the 11th June. Take that as an omen Coupy. It's a good day to be on fire.

16:00 Littlers Bunker. Very tired and that's at the start of the session.
Snatch
50 2,2,2,2,2
70x2
80x1
90x1,1
95x1,1
100x1,1

DL
100x3
140x3
160x3
180x3

Tired, tired, tired. No aches or pains to mask though, unless I've masked them already.

I notice you do nights. Me too Unhappy try to not let it affect training but inevitably it does. Nice lifting mate.

I've been trying for nearly 2 years to snatch 100kg and you do it at most likely the weakest you have ever been in your life? There a name for people like you...Wink

Thanks Owen. I do days and nights, 12 hours 4 on 4 off. I also cycle to and from which is 10 ml each way. Basically I'm out of the house 14 hours and I take my dogs out 1-2 hours a day, because they're ace, and I like spending time with my wife cause she's ace too. She likes running and likes a bit of company doing it sometimes too. Then I can think about my own training. It's hard being motivated, but people have a lot worse lives. Days off are great though. You're spot on when you say it does affect training. We have to get on with it.

Honestly, really s**t. My place is very cramped which makes OL stuff a bit restricted so the slightest step forward feels like the worlds end. Maybe they weren't so bad on the outside. Should make getting on a bigger platform more fun.
