I do days and nights, 12 hours 4 on 4 off. I also cycle to and from which is 10 ml each way. Basically I'm out of the house 14 hours and I take my dogs out 1-2 hours a day, because they're ace, and I like spending time with my wife cause she's ace too. She likes running and likes a bit of company doing it sometimes too. Then I can think about my own training. It's hard being motivated, but people have a lot worse lives. Days off are great though. You're spot on when you say it does affect training. We have to get on with it. | ||
