Thanks Jon, Neil, Andy. Not sure how entertaining it will be Neil. Things are different now. I tend to remember what I did yesterday. This is nice.

It's not what I expected, or was promised. It's an extended holiday really. I'll enjoy it till it's time to move on. Confused

5K run 35 mins. Very slow. Very tired, but very enjoyable. Lovely day out there.

Other than 20 mls cycling that's it till tomorrow afternoon. Need to have an OL session tomorrow lest I hand my chocolate starfish to Mr Mills and Coupe next month. It's years since I've lifted the weights they are, in fact it's years since I've lifted anythng. Pffft (what happened to the Frenchman?)
Thursday will need to be a flurry of squats, press and bag work before I head off camping with me dog over the weekend which includes 50+ miles of walking. Then it's Monday again.

Squat Clean (that's not a typo)
50x3, 70x3, 90x1, 100x1, 110x1, 120x1, 130x1, 140x1 Nothing at all in my legs, but this last one really was a thing of beauty
Front squat
50x3, 100x3, 130x3, 150x1 Wanted 3, 2 would have been progress, but not happening today. This was heavy.

Done.
