Plod on. 50x3 Back is amazingly tight. I blame Coupey. 100x3 Not good. 125x1 The start of a plan, but a long way off. 145x1 2014PB isn't on, so we'll salvage what we can. 155x1 bit of a grinder. The revised plan is to leave it there. 165x1 As Joni used to say "f**k the plan". Progress!!! Getting stronger slowly, but moving is becoming a problem. As much as I dont like doing it the mat has come out and it's a 15 minute stretch off at the end of each day. Lighter one tomorrow with the emphasis on moving. Heavy one Thursday. Hike and camping Friday-Sunday. & stretching. | ||
