happy with my bench as i tripled my bench PB from the other day, a factor of my elbows not hurting and getting a wider set up with my feet.

Squat felt tough today think i needed to have a bit more food in me, i felt hungry after work on the way to the gym and a gel and a carb drink want enough

backs a wee bit smashed need to book the physio tomorrow.
squats felt fairly tough again but the bar speed didnt slow down to much i filmed my last set like normal. Biceps and elbows was hurting a bit though need to get some elbow sleeves i think.

Good training pal, don't mean this to sound negative pal, but u seem to be getting quite a few nigles quite early on in ur return, u think smolov may be pushing everything a bit too quick.

Back is a old injury and always going to get niggles with smolov but that's why doing the Jnr as it's only 3 weeks long.

I have no niggles day to day other then back but booked in with physio on Tuesday so hoping I can get that sorted too.
