Squat felt tough today think i needed to have a bit more food in me, i felt hungry after work on the way to the gym and a gel and a carb drink want enough | ||

Member 1725, 4343 posts SQ 250, BP 125, DL 272.5647.5 kgs @ 111kgs UnEq | cheers lads 29/4/14 30 mins of mobility and stretching my back SmolovJR WEEK 2 DAY 4 Squats bar 40kg x 5 60kg x 5 80kg x 3 110kg x 3 137.5kg x 3 137.5kg x 3 137.5kg x 3 137.5kg x 3 137.5kg x 3 137.5kg x 3 137.5kg x 3 137.5kg x 3 137.5kg x 3 137.5kg x 3 Finished backs a wee bit smashed need to book the physio tomorrow. squats felt fairly tough again but the bar speed didnt slow down to much i filmed my last set like normal. Biceps and elbows was hurting a bit though need to get some elbow sleeves i think. | ||
