So I broke my big toe in 3 places last Sunday which ain't great as I can't work and more importantly any way managed to train

Your pressing is a bit crap but them squats and deadlifts are fantastic

Lots of weight as well as reps

I didn't think it was to bad for 8 weeks of training soon be back upto where I was a few years ago

Your pressing is stronger than mine anyway!

"crap" compared to your squats and deadlifts... Which personally I think are much stronger

Overall the message I was trying to convey was of both specific strengths as well as general one

I going to try and get my pressing up to your speed but would love to be shift them weights with my legs

I've just realized... The cycling background is displaying itself on them numbers! Still 90kg for 5's is something I can try and work towards

Well done and keep it up Gates!

Only two months in and you've got lots of sessions up on here!

Yeah I have deadlifted 300kg and squatted 275kg before so not a newbie to strength training
