Member 1725, 4343 posts SQ 250, BP 125, DL 272.5647.5 kgs @ 111kgs UnEq | So I broke my big toe in 3 places last Sunday which ain't great as I can't work and more importantly any way managed to train 20/6/15 Bench Bar 60kg x 6 70kg x 5 90kg x 3 95kg x 3 95kg x 3 95kg x 3 Hard to bench as couldn't set up with my toe Shoulder press 27.5kg x 10 27.5kg x 10 27.5kg x 8 Side raise machine 12 12 12 Latpull down machine 12 12 12 Behind the neck pull down 10 10 10 Face pulls 12 12 12 Tricep push down 15 12 Finished | ||

"crap" compared to your squats and deadlifts... Which personally I think are much stronger Overall the message I was trying to convey was of both specific strengths as well as general one I going to try and get my pressing up to your speed but would love to be shift them weights with my legs I've just realized... The cycling background is displaying itself on them numbers! Still 90kg for 5's is something I can try and work towards Well done and keep it up Gates! Only two months in and you've got lots of sessions up on here! | ||
