Yeah quite like working volume. Plus I set my PBS low so can hit a lot of reps on my workin sets. It worked for me before and got upto 230 147 300 for the 3 power lifts so hoping I can get back there training the same again.

I also like the volume on assistance so I can get a bit of hypertrophy in haha
