Hope this amounts to nothing and the back heals up soon.

re your knee issue and GHRs, have you tried wearing a really thick knee sleeve like the one sold by strengthshop whilst doing GHRs. I find the exercise harsh on my knees when they're bare but fine when wearing knee sleeves.

back was fine during the session but as soon as stopped it really started banging had to pop some nsaids and what not

will see how it is tomorrow before deciding what i am going to do, it must just be flat bench for the foreseeable future which aint brilliant as i hate bench.

felt tired before i started the squats but they was some of my best ones yet

back was fine through the whole session but hurt on the walk home again i think its walking that really sets it off at the moment but its deffo getting better

Glad the backs not to bad , I whent to see specialist on Thursday and my disc is still pushing on nervs to my left leg, waiting to here wot there goin to now , hoping for a scan

Cheers mate it's fine just walking about that sets off then takes a hour to two to calm down.

s**t about your back but at least your on with t mate hope you get the scan
