I find the exercise harsh on my knees when they're bare but fine when wearing knee sleeves. | ||

Member 1725, 4343 posts SQ 250, BP 125, DL 272.5647.5 kgs @ 111kgs UnEq | 18/4/14 Squars bar 65kg x 5 85kg x 5 105kg x 8 (i cant count to 6) 105kg x 6 105kg x 6 105kg x 6 105kg x 6 105kg x 7 finished back was fine during the session but as soon as stopped it really started banging had to pop some nsaids and what not will see how it is tomorrow before deciding what i am going to do, it must just be flat bench for the foreseeable future which aint brilliant as i hate bench. how do these look form and depth wise? | ||
