didnt feel strong tonight really, deadlifts was ok more in the tank but forgot h ow many reps i was on

Was wondering whether you were coming back from an injury or something - your total seems to jump up 10k every time I look at it lol. Are you recovering from an injury?

Ah, I see. Good luck getting back in to it. Regaining strength is almost more fun than gaining it for the first time I find.

I am squatting and deadlifting every week to try and keep some sort of muscle mass whilst I diet and try and get rid of the fat bits I have accumulated !!

that 240 looks heavy , doubt ill make it to 200 again , 400lb may be on the cards ... oh lord !
