Member 1725, 4343 posts SQ 250, BP 125, DL 272.5647.5 kgs @ 111kgs UnEq | 6/8/14 Squats 30kg x lots 80kg x 5 100kg x 5 120kg x 3 wraps on for a change 150kg x 1 170kg x 1 192kg x 1 Deadlifts 70kg x 5 120kg x 3 160kg x 1 182(400lb) x 8 Leg ext 20 20 Calf raise 15 15 15 finished didnt feel strong tonight really, deadlifts was ok more in the tank but forgot h ow many reps i was on 1 week left before holiday, then will get back onto a 12 week block | ||
