A lot of agile 8, 90/90 stretch various shoulder and rotor cuff work as well as se hamstring work.

Not to mention lots of jumping on a trampoline ;-)

s**t session all in all hurt my rotor cuff i think from push pressing the other day didnt hurt to much but hurt enough to be annoying

also my CGBP seems to be stronger then my normal bench this was always the case before as well hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

as far as I know you are allowed to go as close as you want just as long as you can perform the bench properly in accordance to their rules.
