Member 1725, 4343 posts SQ 250, BP 125, DL 272.5647.5 kgs @ 111kgs UnEq | Post Edited: 17.02.2014 @ 11:59 AM by GATES 17/2/14 The edge gymDeadlifts - didn't know what i could pull so didn't do 531 but i will next session 70kg x 5 110kg x 5 140kg x 5 140kg x 5 140kg x 5 found these easy enough but was aware my lower want as flat as i would like i will prob use 140 as my max weight and build up slow Front Squats 5 x 60 5 x 70 5 x 80 Prowler 4 runs of about 18/20m using high grip and low grip Backwards Sled pulls 4 runs of 18/20m with 90kg finished legs are sore | ||
