Was 127kg when started cycling dropped to 85kg and I am now 112kg and going to stay around there to compete at 110kg

Felt like a decent session toe not to bad on squats, was going to do sets at 200 on deadlift but thought would pull heavier wish I doubled 230 now though I think it would of gone.

s**t session 18 hours at sea yesterday and no much food today wanted 180 x 5 on squat but that want to be couldn't be f**ked with deadlifts

Back to sea tonight for 24 hours,
Going to try eat more I have been dieting to lose more body fat as well as using clen added in t3 so expecting that my strength will go even further down but really want to get sub15% bf at 110kg
