To be honest mate 3% is probably slightly optimistic, I would settle for 4%.

I'm impressed with the weight loss Rob. Do you think your limit strength will have suffered much when you get back to low reps?

Cheers mate, only time will tell with the heavier stuff I guess. I imagine the weight loss will be most detrimental to squats.

I am saddened by the sudden and drastic weight loss. Maybe you should go to see a doctor to check if you have a parasite or some kind of infection?

News of my diet met with some shock from Fat Pete. Veins coming through quite nicely on the 8 pack now.

Jonny - the only sled stockist I know of in UK still doesn't have them in stock. Annoying!

Millsy - good to hear mate, you should be making best use of that 105 kilo allowance!

Joni - you're really fat. But you are strong too. You are a bull.

Sorry to hear that mate, hope he recovers quick. No worries about not training.

I'll probably end up training in the afternoon on Monday due to Ms. Toothpick being out during the day, I'll let you know if this changes.

1st June, Bench, Adlington

40 x 5 x 2
50 x 3
60 x 3
70 x 3 x 3 PB

CG Bench w/ Monster Mini Band
20 x 20 (No Band)
40 x 6 (No Band)
40 x 6
50 x 6
55 x 6
57.5 x 6
50 x 10

Face Pulls / Decline Crunch Superset
12.5 x 15 x 3 / BW x 16 x 3

Pushdowns / Preacher Curls Superset
12.5 x 15, 25 x 15 x 2 / 25lbs x 15 x 3

Stretching

Push presses were quite a lot harder than 67.5 triples last week but a hard day moving offices had left me a bit sapped. Enjoyed the close grips with the band, triceps were fried.
