Apart from that one little f**k up, a solid workout. | ||

Didn't get the triples on bench, nearly managed it on the first set but my technique let me down on 2nd rep. Will continue and see how it goes, I still expect to get at least 105 at the end which is after all the main priority. After the deadlifts I was done, nothing in the tank. | ||
