Needed a slight touch on the last rep of the third set on bench, technique issue not strength though - took the bar down too fast and too high. Apart from that one little f**k up, a solid workout.

So so session. Didn't get the triples on bench, nearly managed it on the first set but my technique let me down on 2nd rep.

Will continue and see how it goes, I still expect to get at least 105 at the end which is after all the main priority.

After the deadlifts I was done, nothing in the tank.
