Body has been battered the last few weeks but I think the niggles are starting to subside . News of my diet met with some shock from Fat Pete. Veins coming through quite nicely on the 8 pack now. Jonny - the only sled stockist I know of in UK still doesn't have them in stock. Annoying! Millsy - good to hear mate, you should be making best use of that 105 kilo allowance!
