Doing some research it looks like I've got pelvic instability. Slept on whether or not to lift tomorrow and decided not to, a heavy deadlift is the last thing I should be doing right now, I need to let my body rest and heal otherwise I'm going to be chasing this injury for months. Booked in with physio Thursday week so won't do any lower body stuff until hes seen it, apart from some stuff for the pelvic instability. | ||
