Some pointers to remember, big breath at the start and relax arms (thanks Andy), keep chest more solid when catching and take the lighter weights to the floor instead of dropping them (Alan). Thanks for putting in the tip about 'relaxing the arms', I know this, yet I always f**king forget it. I remember when Callard told me to think of the arms as hooks that attach you to the bar, nothing more. Cheers for the reminder and good lifting! | ||
