Neil, I won't be taking you up on your kind offer sadly, as I think you could have that very soon - I'm not planning on 100kg floor to overhead until around September to be honest.

Boar, careful mate, you're starting to sound as anal as Rick. It wasn't a competition lift last time I checked, but if I hadn't have locked it out I wouldn't have counted it Wink Go eat some carbs!!

Fair enough mate! I was going to further concede that just I had to be no more than 90kg but you could drink as much milk as you liked. Anyhoo I hope you're right about it being soon for me, but I'm not so sure. I might remind you of the wager nearer September if not! Happy

Sounds about right! I can warm-up with power jerks but when it gets heavy I just end up push pressing for some reason. Trying some splits might be a good idea to force me to do it. Either way I think I need to spend more time just working the technique and not chasing the weights so quickly. Fortunately I now have that luxury as the race is over Grin

After only getting one of ten goals last year I'm trying more sensible approach this year mate. I'm not planning on any massive bodyweight gains either, a couple of kilos at most, so 220 by November would still be good going. It's only 8-9 months away now! Cheers for the confidence vote though Happy
