Well... long time no post. Life has been mega busy, gone are my student lie-ins and instead I'm working long shifts at an insurance broker! Training has actually being going really well though, including some PBs.. I did bodybuilding for a while with my mate Stu around the corner, but have been hitting the power lifts hard now for about three months. Current PBs are: Squat - 250 x 1 (Piece of piss, just wraps!) Bench - 172.5 x 1 (Progressing REAL good on this) Deadlift - 230 x 1 (Going real slow on this, don't want to mess the back up) Bodyweight is about 125 kilos, but my body fat is down by about 8%... I did a lot of dieting work with Stu and he got me on a real strict diet. PLAN - begin Dungeon trips VERY soon, strongman comps by the end of this summer. Will log a work out later tonight - squats!!! | |||
