I reckon you've got 200kg in you soon mate. Just keep injury free and its only a matter of time.

I reckon you might just be ready for the infamous Olly Jackson Deadlift Routine Grin

In all seriousness though, it might work a treat, especially with the emphasis on the lockout.

Yep, I'm running it as soon as 200 is done and dusted.

Incidentally, I think I'm going to start using the belt for normal deadlifts from next week.

And I plan to pull 200 in my nice and new quad-hugging singlet.

Yeah mate, your benching has improved so much recently. I guess when your bench is really crap to begin with the only way is up. Tongue

Only joking mate, really good job. It wasn't so long ago you were struggling to do one with 85. When do you max out on this routine btw? What are you aiming for?

Cheers Davo mate.

Adam - That's better!... I felt a bit weird tonight.. not being insulted constantly and all that. Wink

Max out in theory is 30th November - routine says 105 and I'll be happy with that (in 6 weeks especially), anymore will be a bonus. I think there might be a bonus. We'll see!

Yea we've had quite a lot of debate about this... plus the fact that the wood often isn't even the thickness you ask for (it comes out different in lumbar yards... or something like that). The site I based the boards off originally (Critical Bench) said 2 inches a board.. Olly and Millsy both assure it's 1.5 though.

I'm quite confident that I've read in westside articles that its 1.5' a board. They used 2x4s for boards which apparently in America are 1.5' thick.

I'll have a look through my old articles and see if I can dig it up.

Training's looking good mate, especially your bench form, looks so much more solid than it did a few months ago.
