Incidentally, I think I'm going to start using the belt for normal deadlifts from next week. And I plan to pull 200 in my nice and new quad-hugging singlet. | ||

The site I based the boards off originally (Critical Bench) said 2 inches a board.. Olly and Millsy both assure it's 1.5 though. | ||

They used 2x4s for boards which apparently in America are 1.5' thick. I'll have a look through my old articles and see if I can dig it up. Training's looking good mate, especially your bench form, looks so much more solid than it did a few months ago. | ||
