I'm "a changed man" apparently!! Snatch grip RDLs tough but good work. Need to work on those shrugs to get the hips into them more - good range of motion at the top though. Groin seemed fine through the box squatting (done above parallel because of this) but the true test will be how it feels tomorrow. Fingers crossed. | ||

The Russian routine has delivered 5k in 6 weeks so I'm pretty happy with that. 120 on the boards was a joke again, I just made a mess of the 125. Never mind. Pushed it quite hard on the boards after that, *just* missed the 10th rep on the first set. Light week commences as of tomorrow. No videos of tonight sadly. | ||
