Hamstring bridges look like very useful stability exercise, will become a regular thing even after healing up. Groin improving, still a way to go though. Off ibuprofen and ice now, just heat and stretching. | ||

Its a real s**tter you got injured, your training was going so well. If you do the January BDF comp you could qualify for junior nationals, ever think of going for that? The total is fairly low, i think its only about 495 for juniors. | ||
