Strained an adductor quite badly, still limping a bit at the minute so it looks like being at least a few weeks of rehab. See how it goes.

I first tweaked it bending down to pick a plate up with a belt on with pretty poor mechanics, then it finally went this week. Not going to try squats just yet Jonny, they didn't feel clever on Wednesday.

Bench really good, snappy and strong pauses. Hamstring bridges look like very useful stability exercise, will become a regular thing even after healing up.

Groin improving, still a way to go though. Off ibuprofen and ice now, just heat and stretching.

So when do think you are going to be back squating/deadlifting again? Its a real s**tter you got injured, your training was going so well.

If you do the January BDF comp you could qualify for junior nationals, ever think of going for that? The total is fairly low, i think its only about 495 for juniors.
