Right after a false start of training last month I think I'm finally on the mend. Been back about 3 weeks now and it's been going well, touch wood. Will put vids up from last week after this post.

Plank x6mins (30s on, 30s off)

Sprinting and stretches
24kg kettle bell x20 swings

180kg x1 - felt a twinge, put it down straight away. Plan was 180kg 3x3, then 220kg for a single. Was feelin good, but am wise to even a bit of pain at the mo.

Wide chins - 3sets x10
Low row - 3sets
Pull ups - 3sets x10
Supine pull ups - 3sets x10
Face pulls - 3sets
