Monday 12/8 CGBP 60kg x10 (2sets) 110kg x6 120kg x3 140kg x3 145kg x3 150kg x3 - last one was a grinder and arse came up NG slingshot bench 150kg x6 160kg x6 160kg x5 - couldn't manage another rep Dips Bw x20 Bw +40kg x15 Bw +60kg x12 Bw +70kg x10 Bw +80kg x5, drop to bw+60kg x5, drop to bw+40kg x5, drop to bw +20kg x8, drop to bw x10 NG incline bench - 60kg x10 (3sets) Cable crossover - 3 sets x12 reps Hanging leg raises - 4sets Plank x6mins (30s on, 30s off) Sprinting and stretches 24kg kettle bell x20 swings Done, videos next.
