Yeah all from dead stop, done in 50 seconds. I immediately regretted that decision though as I've not been able to walk till today, back was so sore.

Great technical session tonight. Coach told me to chuck 93 on and see how I got on on snatch. Went overhead ok, just couldn't control it. Did loads of work hitting the bottom position tonight, so made loads of progress. Back to squatting after weightlifting on Thursday, yey, naaaaat.
